We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nam and his assistant Josie. They are both incredibly kind, patient, and professional. My son was a little nervous at first, but they took the time to make him feel comfortable and explained everything in a way he could understand. Josie was especially gentle and reassuring, and Dr. Nam was very thorough while still being calm and friendly. The office is clean, well-organized, and we never feel rushed during appointments.
